Excited about the March Issue of Surfing Magazine – featuring some remarkable images by Logan and DJ.
The cover is a collage of images, the majority of which are from Eyeconic Images.

More importantly is the play inside – 12 pages dedicated to Waves for Water and a Water-filter/surf trip to Liberia.
It was a very moving, important trip, and we’re excited that SURFING magazine dedicated such space and resources to it. One of Jon Rose’s goals is to be a catalyst getting folks to get out, do what they love, and also do good at the same time. Hopefully this article will help inspire some movement!
A pdf file of scans from the magazine can be seen HERE.
Out and About
Logan has been covering the South Carolina Primary for the New York Times. Romney Slideshow HERE, and more to come soon…

New Year Double Trucks…
In the publishing world, a Double Truck refers to refers to a pair of facing pages, with content that stretches over both pages (also known as a double-page spread, or just “a spread”). Eyeconic Images had two particularly notable double trucks this month:
Logan has a spread in Stand-Up Journal’s Annual Photo Issue:

And DJ has a great Spread at the end of this month’s SURFING magazine – a tease for an upcoming article on riding waves and distributing water filters in Liberia:

Really looking forward this article coming out: it was a great adventure – with a great crew – for a great cause. Look for more coming soon!
A busy week…
